COVID-19 DELAYS

Due to delayed processing times from suppliers and shipping carriers, order processing times have been extended to 3-4 business days and shipping times have been extended to 7-10 business days. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! 

 

Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 on all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states.

 

We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12 PM ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days from when we ship your order.

 

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

 

Return Policy

 

In order for a return to be processed: 

 

•Please e-mail us at shopmonarchcandles@gmail.com to get the address for returns. 

 

•Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. 

 

•All items must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. 

 

•Monarch Candles does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels so you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. 

 

•Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it arrives.

 

•Sale items and items purchased during promotions are final sale items and are not eligible for returns. 

 

•Once your return is fully processed, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method

 

•If you receive a damaged/defective item or you are missing items in your order, please email shopmonarchcandles@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the item(s), a description of the issue and your order number for a speedy resolution. 

 

•Monarch Candles does issue refunds in the event of a cancelled order or items being out of stock after an order is placed. Returns will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to post to your account based on your financial institution.
